Jillian & Melanie are well educated in dog obedience, super patient and take time to answer our questions. Everyone at Lakewood Zoomroom has been so welcoming from the first visit when we said we needed to think about. I love the Zoom Room every one the is so kind and knowledgeable. They are helping me train my pup to someday be a Service Dog. She is a little hard headed but they are very patient with her and me. Thanks Lakewood Zoom Room for all that you do in getting our pups prepared for their futures!
We love Zoom Room Lakewood!! Jillian and Melanie have been such a blessing to our Big ol Barnabas. Having a shepherd husky mix has not been easy given their temperament but his teachers have taught us to be so patient and consistent with him.
I have been coming to Zoom Room Lakewood since my dog Zuzu was 4 months old. She was a doodle rescue and was reactive to other dogs, pulled on the leash when being walked and extremely timid to new obstacles anywhere we encountered them. Zoom rooms trainers are amazing at building my ability to handle and build Zuzu’s confidence. Agility was suggested to help her over come her fear of obstacles and with the help of trainer Kody she has made huge advances and has gained so much confidence. And she loves it and is proud of herself. I cant say enough about Kody and all the trainers they have millions of suggestions for every problem.
Nice, clean facility with amazing trainers! I’ve been taking my dog Peppermint to training classes and the trainers-Jaime and Donna- are awesome. They show so much care and patience with her. They have been helping Peppermint build her confidence and are very knowledgeable in how to work with her. I recommend Zoom Room to anyone looking for a great dog training location!
Hendrix started going to Zoom Room Lakewood about 6 months ago when he was 6 months old. We learned so many commands in the first instruction, which I was very impressed by. All the trainers have been very helpful, supportive, and kind. Especially when Hendrix is hesitant to participate (most likely because he doesn’t care for his harness and leash). In our recent sessions, Jillian has been so helpful getting Hendrix out of his shell. She has gone beyond to hype him up, get him active, and make class fun. When treats and toys don’t work for Hendrix, Jillian’s enthusiasm does. Thank you! We enjoy going to Zoom Room Lakewood.
Teddi has enjoyed all classes at the zoom room in Lakewood since they opened last July. We try to take her at least once a week for enrichment classes just to give her a job to do🐶

I’ve been taking my puppy Onion to Zoom Room Lakewood since he was 6 months old. I can honestly say that it’s been well worth every penny! All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and amazing in their own special ways. Donna is patient, calm, and always keeps Onion in mind when it comes to possible opportunities to help with his reactivity. Jillian always brings fun, playful energy and boosts his confidence. Kody is a great instructor and has helped with Onions agility and obedience skills. Jaime is also very patient, observant, and tries to think of new ways to help Onion when he struggles with something. They offer a variety of classes that every pup can benefit from, regardless of age and interest. From obedience and enrichment, to agility and puppy play groups, they have it all! The prices are reasonable, and the facility is always clean, and it’s an enjoyable experience for both the pups and their owners. I tell everyone that I know with a dog to give them a try and will continue to do so 😊
We absolutely love Zoom Room Lakewood! In just six months, we’ve seen incredible progress with our mini Dachshund, Maple. Before we started, Maple would bark the moment she saw another dog. Now, thanks to the training here, she can be around other dogs without immediately reacting—and we can even walk past them at the park with no barking! We are so proud on how much her behavior has improved.

We have been coming to Zoom Room for the past year and have been loving the private training sessions with Jamie. She has been extremely patient with our reactive dog and really eased into it and made sure our dog was comfortable with her. The atmosphere and staff is extremely welcoming and loving towards every dog. Jaime has helped my husband and I with recognizing our dogs triggers and helping her through them. Can’t recommend this place enough.
We absolutely LOVE Zoom Room! I have been bringing my dog Honey here for a full year now and she is obsessed. We take obedience and agility classes regularly, and have done the tricks class too. We have been loving our obedience 3 classes for my dog Onyx, and when we got a second dog, Ringo as a puppy, we started him in the puppy classes and have advanced all the way to obedience 2 with him. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and FUN! Both of my dogs need work on socialization and reactivity to other dogs, and these classes have been incredibly helpful for my dogs, and we try to come every week. Shoutout to Carrie and Kim and Jaime!
Sophie & I have a great time at the obedience classes at Zoom Room. Sophie is a registered therapy dog, so it is important to keep training. The staff is professional and encouraging, and make the classes fun. I love the indoor facility, where we can depend on a space year round that is cool and comfortable!
We have been going to Zoom Room Thousand Oaks for over a year now. With our Australian Cattle dog Zoey. Since the new management we have notice significant improvements with the facility, staff, and training. We just rescued our second puppy Scout and he just started puppy pre school and will continue his training at the Zoom Room. The whole staff is very helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns about your fur baby.
Diego bought and took over this Zoom Room location, had no problem canceling classes, doesn’t demonstrate a commitment to customer service (even resorted to making his staff double speak/“lie” and went AWOL when this customer requested communication via text or e-mail.

I took my dog here for an evaluation and was pretty underwhelmed. The person behind the front desk had a small reactive dog that was barking at my dog. She was trying to train her I guess, but why would you bring a reactive dog to work to bark at other dogs who may be reactive? Not sure, seems to me that you should have that under control before bringing a dog reactive dog into that environment.
The person evaluating my dog mentioned that my dog was the most well trained dog she had seen come in for an evaluation, and as soon as she said that I knew I had wasted my money. There is no way I would bring my reactive dog in for a group class with dogs that are poorly trained.
Hard pass for me, but everyone in there seemed very nice. Just not into bringing my dog somewhere they allow untrained dogs to react and bark at her when I've worked so hard on her dog reactivity 🙂

Perfect place to work on some basic skills with a young puppy while you complete your vaccinations. Very welcoming and really appreciated the opportunity for well supervised socializing with other puppies on a limited basis. Sticklers for having your vaccinations current as appropriate for the age of your puppy which really matters to me. Happy to have found Zoom and their wonderful staff.💕
I thought I could train a puppy all on my own….. I was terribly mistaken. Shay has helped us so much! I appreciate her showing me what I am doing wrong and right. A huge plus is our scaredy cat of a dog LOVES her!! The front desk makes cute donuts for the pups and are so sweet too! Thanks everyone!
I love the Zoom Room! I have been taking my puppy to the Thousand Oaks location for about a month and a half and my pup has already learned so much! After each class he comes home exhausted and immediately goes to take a nap. It’s great mental and physical exercise!
Zoom room has been fabulous for our puppy's socialization! He came to his first class when he was 8 weeks old, he was shy and a little nervous. 5 weeks later he is confident and outgoing and loves play time with his puppy friends! Thanks Zoom Room Dog Training!
The Zoom Room is a great place to train your dog. We are doing agility and scent with our Beagle and it really helps him with his overall behavior and attention. The trainers and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and the other dog owners and their pets have been great as well.
I really appreciate having a place to take my dogs so we all continue to learn while having fun at the same time . My guys have learned so much and continue to learn every single or strengthen certain skill in each class. The trainers and staff are patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions. I love the fun pop up events they host. And that they celebrate birthdays with donuts for the dogs. It’s been a nice environment we will continue to go when our schedules permit.
Pepper and I love the Zoom Room! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The trainers are excellent wirh the dogs and owners. It is one of the few places around that offers puppy socialization for puppies before they have all their vaccinations. The facility is very clean and spacious. I like that you can buy different packages and are given a time frame in which to use your sessions, rather than having to go once a week at a certain time for a few weeks. I have seen great improvements in my puppy since we have started training there. I highly recommend the Zoom Room to any dog owner.
